The Grey Area is a narrative book project by Dom Layton on the subject of guilt, in which he recalls a snowball fight in Berlin at the Holocaust Memorial.
Would Holocaust survivors find this disrespectful? What you should and should not do in a place as disorientating and abstract as this is something of a grey area (as is the actual memorial – it’s literally a grey area).
