Becoming An Artist is a faux instruction manual by Ulrich Sára, created as part of a project entitled Twelve Steps to MOME (MOME being Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design Budapest), which tasked students with creating a publication on the subject of the same name.
Rather than produce something too serious, Sára opted to instead design a 12-step mock manual on becoming an artist, mixing both original content and out-of-context quotes from famous artists, with simple infographics and diagrams that result in some really interesting layouts.
