Visually Similar Images

Visually Similar Images is a conceptual publication by Mindy Seu that takes the single-word paintings of Ed Ruscha  and attempts to recontextualize them.

By dragging the images into Google image search and gathering a collection of visually similar images, the painting’s are stripped from their original meanings, and are given a new relationship with the images collated by Google’s algorithm.
