Book Design Inspiration: The Western Town – A Theory of Aggregation 2013

The Western Town: A Theory of Aggregation is a book designed by Thomas Dahm that studies and explores details of the now lost American towns of the “Wild West.”

From the tiny patterns in the lace curtains of homes to the sprawling desert that surrounds the towns, The Western Town looks at each one, appreciating the slight overlaps in their appearance that have lead to the instantly recognisable image of the Western American town.
